    MALA

Malas are prayer beads used as well in Hinduism as in Buddhism. They consist of 108 beads.

With a laborious method developed by Sylvie Eder, the wooden beads are made to look “used” which gives them patina and lets them radiate the aura of an ancient prayer beads. So they are just perfect to upgrade a classic business outfit into an easygoing-boho-look.

They are knotted by hand in Sylvie Eder's studio in Munich. The intermediate elements are made of gold plated 925 silver.

They consist of 108 beads and are worn around the neck or around the wrist.

We love this strech-malas so much because it’s so and supereasy to wear- you can wrap it around your wrist or you can wear it as a necklace as well and you’ll have instantly the perfect nonchalant bohemian-style.
