Hip bag .

I would like to start by talking about this unique fabric.

This amazing fabric is a piece of art created by a wonderful hill tribe in the province of Nghệ An, north of Vietnam on the boarder to Laos.

- embellished with tassels and vintage glas beads

I took this gorgeous vintage fabric, and up cycled it into a unique hip bag. 

With these vintage fabrics I can not exactly tell when and where they are from but my experience let me categorize them roughly.

This fabric was probably made in eastern Germany in the late sixties maybe late seventies. The colors, textures and materials let me to come to this conclusion.
